Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Lancaster, PA, with weekly pay and a suite of benefits. Positions involve coordinating freight, logging arrivals, checking seals, and assisting drivers in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, using an RF scanner and Microsoft Office tools. Training is provided, and opportunities to advance exist within a supportive supply chain culture.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in freight coordination, scheduling, or planning.
• Strong time management and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Welcome Center attendant log of arrivals and departures of commercial and private vehicles.
• Check all inbound and outbound seals on vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with management on any welcome center issues.
• Interact with drivers and visitors in a polite professional manner.
• Follow all SOP regarding the checking in and out of freight.
• Monitor CCTV equipment and advise management of any occurrences.
• May be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified depending on location.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $18.50 per hour

• Schedule: Days, Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1-2 years experience in freight coordination / scheduling / planning

• Must possess excellent time management skills and be very organized

• Highly proficient in Microsoft programs

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the checking in and out of freight

• Monitor the Closed Caption Television (CCTV) equipment and advise management of any occurrences

• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
