Qualifications

• 2 years training experience in a team setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop warehouse staff on SOPs and safety processes.
• Provide equipment training and certification safety instruction.
• Give company tours to new employees.
• Evaluate and audit trainee performance and address issues promptly.
• Identify training needs and communicate with the training coordinator.
• Troubleshoot issues with tablets used in training.
• Document all training activities and required paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety rules.
• Participate in cleaning duties as needed.
• Support a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
