The role emphasizes effective initial and cross training, maintaining records, coaching trainees, and driving continuous improvement in training consistency and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience training in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate processes and explain expectations to new employees.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial training and cross-training for employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and update materials as necessary to reflect current best practices.
• Observe trainee performance and provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and escalate training or performance concerns to Leadership.
• Support retraining, refresher training, and cross-training as needed due to process or quality changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training consistency and workforce readiness.
• Act as a mentor to new employees, fostering a positive, safety-conscious work culture.
• All other related duties as assigned.
