Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Byron Township, MI is seeking a Manager of Warehouse Training to lead development and implementation of training programs that boost associate performance and engagement in a high-volume warehouse.

You will collaborate with Operations Leadership, apply adult learning principles, coach trainers, and standardize site-specific programs while using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience.
• 1+ years of training experience with understanding of adult learning styles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role demonstrating influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach warehouse associates to improve performance across the facility.

• Ensure standardization and proper execution of site-specific training programs.

• Lead trainer development, monitor performance, and support continuous personal growth.
• Implement best practices from field training teams into warehouse programs.
• Use data to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement.

Role Overview: The Manager of Warehouse Training leads the development and implementation of training programs to enhance associate performance and engagement within a warehouse environment. Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience.
• 1+ years of training experience with understanding of adult learning styles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role demonstrating influence skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Motivated, creative, team-oriented, adaptable to change, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
