Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience.
• Prior experience training or mentoring employees.
• Strong communication skills and the patience to work with people at different experience levels.
• Good attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, and handling materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Train entry-level employees in warehouse procedures, including order picking, packing, stocking, and shipping.
• Demonstrate how to identify electrical products, locate inventory, and verify item numbers and quantities.
• Teach employees to use warehouse systems accurately.
• Reinforce safe lifting, proper material handling, housekeeping, and company safety procedures.
• Provide hands-on instruction, observe employee performance, and offer clear, constructive feedback.
• Track training progress and communicate readiness, challenges, and additional training needs to warehouse management.
• Help employees build accuracy and productivity while following established procedures.
• Coordinate equipment training with authorized personnel and ensure employees operate equipment only when trained and authorized.
• Assist with daily warehouse duties as needed.
