U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate in Twinsburg, OH to load/unload tires and auto parts and support inventory control. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday-Friday: 5:00am to 1:00pm with rotating Saturdays and overtime as needed. Benefits include healthcare from day one, weekly pay, and 401(k) matching; lifting up to 80 lbs and occasional team lifts for heavy tires are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Able to work in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Pre-employment drug test required (no THC).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; for tires use team lifts or mechanical aids.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires.
• Work at heights of 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Be on the move and work on your feet for extended periods; overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and follow SOPs.
• Assist other departments as needed (ecomm, inventory, will call).
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned.
