Abbott is seeking a Warehouse Systems Specialist to provide on‑site technical support for warehouse technology, enabling efficient distribution center operations. You will manage mobile devices, scanners, printers, and related software while collaborating with IT and vendor teams.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, reporting, and user adoption of WMS solutions across the facility, with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technology.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, inventory management and distribution processes.
• Experience with barcode scanning technology, RFID systems, database integrations, and data analysis.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot mobile devices, scanners, printers, computers, and other end‑user technology solutions.
• Experience with technology asset management, including device provisioning, inventory tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Android devices and built‑in software services used in warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, training materials, and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors to maintain reliability.
