Job summary

Pacific Rubber & Packing in San Carlos, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Technician to help keep materials moving and operations running smoothly. You will pick, pack, inspect, receive, count, and prepare inventory; operate forklifts; and participate in continuous improvement within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer and inventory system skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Package products according to quality and cleanliness standards.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and compliance.
• Receive, put away, and organize incoming inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Clean and prepare parts for shipment and production use.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Generate and maintain warehouse labels and identification systems.
• Research inventory and order activity using warehouse and ERP systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that make work safer, smarter, and more efficient.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Frequentlylift upto 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift 25+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and work within a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
