Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL is seeking a Warehouse Technician for our Baton Rouge, LA location. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on accurate receiving, inventory posting, picking, packing, and shipping of hoses, gaskets, and conveyor products.

You will support local deliveries, staging, and production order fulfillment, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The position requires basic computer skills, familiarity with ERP or inventory software (P21 a plus), and strong attention

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with craft apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience with warehousing or production is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate and learn inventory systems and packing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Receive shipments, post in system, and store items in warehouse.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials and inform supervisor.
• Pick, pack, and ship items for daily orders.
• Package and ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL.
• Assist with local deliveries and pickups.
• Participate in physical inventory and housekeeping.
• Provide correct parts for production orders and support process improvements.
