Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL is hiring a Warehouse Technician in Houston, TX. The role manages warehouse activities to meet customer expectations and company goals. It requires safe operation of equipment, accurate inventory handling, and teamwork.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily packing, shipping, and inventory tasks, with opportunities for process improvements and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related warehousing or production experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to work overtime, nights and weekends.
• Ability to safely drive a Company truck or other equipment.
• High school diploma/GED or apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work independently and learn inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Receive shipments, post in system, and place items in warehouse.
• Identify missing, damaged, or lost materials and notify supervisor.
• Pick products and prepare for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
• Pack and ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL.
• Assist with staging local shipments for VMI delivery and Hot Shots.
• Handle customer pickups and provide parts as needed.
• Suggest product/process improvements to management.
• Assist with physical inventory and housekeeping.
• Label and store goods for future identification and retrieval.
• Maintain stocking locations and organize racks.
• Pull stock for Pick-Pack-Ship orders and production orders.
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified.
