Job description

The Opportunity:

The Warehouse Technician will report directly to the Production Manager and is primarily responsible for assisting in all facets of warehouse operations. This role is an integral part of JuneShine Brand's success, ensuring that our product is received, stored, loaded, and orders are built to be shipped accurately. The role will mainly operate out of our Poway location, with additional duties at our Scripps Ranch warehouse as assigned.

Who You Are:

You are familiar with warehouse operations, where tasks and priorities can change quickly. You execute assigned tasks with attention to detail and safety, utilizing problem-solving skills and forward-thinking, while staying organized and communicating effectively with your manager. You are results-oriented!

In This Role You Will:

1. Drive products between JuneShine brewing locations and cold storage facilities.
2. Assemble and organize purchase orders efficiently for shipment to distributors.
3. Facilitate receipt and transfer of inbound raw materials following standard procedures.
4. Maintain an orderly and safe warehouse environment under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.
5. Keep accurate inventory records of all finished goods.
6. Complete and record all inventory transactions in EKOS accurately.
7. Support the canning line as needed.
8. Assist in all aspects of warehouse operations.
9. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the coldbox.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.

Must Haves:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of application.
• Be flexible to work a 3/12 or 4/10 alternative schedule, including overnights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Have at least one year of professional warehouse experience.
• Have at least one year of forklift operation experience.
• Be able to work at our Poway facility on a rotating schedule.
• Pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand for up to 10 hours.
• Have a desire to work in a fast-growing, dynamic company.

Compensation: Full-Time, Hourly ($21.00), Non-Exempt
