Job summary

Memorial Regional Health is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support stock management and distribution across clinical departments in Colorado. You will help maintain par levels, rotate stock, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound mail, shipping supplies, and coordinating pickups from vendors. You will operate within MRH policies and uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 for positions requiring driving) and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen (and breath alcohol test if applicable).
• Must complete an Employee Health meeting prior to starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Memorial Regional Health (MRH) policies and standards of behavior and performance for service excellence.
• Maintains organization of clinical stock areas with dividers, bins, tags, and NFPA/piggyback labels.
• Maintains par levels and restocks stock in Med/Surg, OB, SCU, ED, Perioperative, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiopulmonary.
• Performs item counts, pulls, delivers, and rotates stock; manages requisition templates; tracks goods with expiration dates.
• Transfers and tracks inbound/outbound mail, shipping supplies, and maintains asset tagging information.
• Picks up supplies from local vendors and neighboring hospitals as requested; ensures proper storage and confidentiality of specimens and deposits.

Pay Range for this position is $18.41-$27.26 DOE

Position-Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all Memorial Regional Health (MRH) policies and standards of behavior and performance for service excellence.
• Maintains organization of clinical stock areas with dividers, bins, tags, and NFPA and piggyback labels
• Maintain par level stock in Med/Surg., OB, SCU, ED, Perioperative, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiopulmonary. Performs item count, pulls, delivers, and rotates stock.
• Maintains and restocks all requisition templates.
• Manages all goods with expiration dates in the storeroom and clinical stock areas. Sends outdated goods to the designated location.
• Maintains inbound and outbound mail. Maintains a stock of shipping supplies.
• Files all completed POs daily.
• Updates all forms used in the department every year or as needed.
• Taxis individuals to and from the airport, hospital, clinic, and various locations (doctors, consultants, interviewees, etc.).
• Sorts, transports, and performs pick-ups and deliveries of: mail, packages, equipment, instruments, specimens, and bank deposits to various sites, including but not limited to: MRH, MRHMC, MRHPT, all local clinics, and the bank.
• Ensures appropriate storage, handling, security, and confidentiality of specimens, records, and deposits during transit.
• Assists Warehouse Technician in gathering information for and placing asset tags.
• Picks up supplies from local suppliers at the request of buyer and picks up supplies and equipment from neighboring hospitals.
• Actively tracks statistical data related to departmental access and specific job duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
