Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Louisville, KY to own the warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and support loading, unloading, and material staging for projects. You will work with project managers and field teams to keep supplies flowing and costs visible.

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable using inventory management software. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing most of the day, and occasional overtime in a dynamic contractor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.
• Warehouse experience or construction-related background is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries to keep materials flowing.
• Transport materials to active job sites and perform inventory runs.
• Organize warehouse spaces and manage shipping/receiving areas.
• Use Marvin's inventory software to ensure accuracy for job-site costs.
• Support building maintenance tasks as needed.
