What You Will Do

Support in order fulfillment and tracking.

Goods reception : ensure that the merchandise being received matches in quantity, quality, and price with the order placed, which must be duly authorized.

Enter warehouse orders into the system.

Monitor stock levels as per the designated quantities for each product.

Inventory monitoring to determine supply needs.

Proper storage of products, merchandise, items, or assets used for operations, according to their category and the established guidelines for inventory control.

Verify temperatures, ensure cleanliness in reception, work, and storage areas, and arrange goods for proper rotation.

Product verification and expiration control.

Issue warehouse releases to various departments upon request and with the necessary validation.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role
• High level of Portuguese
• Previous experience in a similar role, in a hotel
