• Clean various flooring surfaces using vacuum, mop, and related equipment; ensure cleanliness.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Label, dilute, and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe working order.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed (e.g., augers, balers, waste compactors).
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Support continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency.
• Abide by Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
