Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Tech to join our Ruskin, FL team. The role includes day and overnight shifts with a 4-on/3-off flexible schedule and direct hire with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• 7-year background check will be conducted.
• Drug test performed prior to employment.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and dispose of packing materials from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean flooring surfaces via vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Label, dilute and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed (e.g., augers, balers, waste compactors).
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Follow Sizemore, Inc. and client policies at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
