Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will prepare orders, verify inventory, and package shipments while following safety guidelines in a on-site warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, organizing tickets, inspecting shipments, and operating handling equipment such as dolly, pallet jack, and forklift.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Experience operating forklift and pallet jack preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory control familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment per pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Verify inventory to ensure stock availability.
• Inform Supervisor of shortages and restocking needs.
• Package and ship products following guidelines.
• Stock warehouse shelves and store new materials.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check with packing slips.
• Receive, unload, inspect shipments and verify against orders.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, or forklift for loading/unloading.
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
