Job summary

NTI is seeking a Warehouse Technician to ensure an organized, clean, and stocked warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving materials into Dtools and Fishbowl WMS, labeling, and document storage locations across facilities, plus preparing shipments and pallets for site delivery.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic computer skills; forklift experience is preferred and DOT certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver materials safely.
• Basic computer literacy to operate WMS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated multitasking in a fast-paced warehouse.
• DOT certification is a plus; may be required for compliance.
• Forklift experience is preferred; willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into Dtools and Fishbowl WMS and organize inventory.
• Document project storage locations across primary and secondary warehouses.
• Maintain max/min levels for small parts and office stock; place POs to replenish.
• Prepare material for shipment, band/wrap pallets, and capture staging photos.
• Arrange courier and FedEx deliveries; coordinate larger out-of-town shipments.
• Process Equipment Pending Resolution (EPR) and coordinate with third-party technicians for maintenance.
• Sweep and clean warehouse areas; restock restrooms and kitchen.
• Assist with facility-related tasks as needed.

Job description

Overview

The Warehouse Technician provides support to all departments by ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and stocked. The Warehouse Technician will prepare, receive, order and export warehouse deliveries, to include job site material and consumables.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Material Organization
  • Receive all material into Dtools & Fishbowl WMS
  • Print out and apply labels for job-specific material
  • Document project storage location with the primary and secondary warehouses
• Small Parts & Office Stock
  • Maintain proper max/min quantities for all small parts
  • Maintain proper max/min quantities for office supplies
  • Put out POs to restock material that needs to be replenished

• Staging Material
  • Monitor staging request response sheet
  • Prepare material for shipment to site
  • Band and Wrap Pallets
  • Take photos of all material and submit in Staging Report
  • Set up courier for deliveries
  • Set up FedEx deliveries
  • Set up FedEx Freight deliveries for larger, out-of-town deliveries
  • Process Equipment Pending Resolution (EPR)

• Clean & Sweep Warehouse
• Empty trash from warehouse and fabrication into dumpster
• Restock restrooms & kitchen
• Coordinate with third party technicians for facility maintenance

Qualifications

• Able to be on their feet for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Understanding of basic computer software and operating systems
• Reliable means of transportation to work
• Able to multitask
