GSM Services seeks a dependable Warehouse Technician to support warehouse operations, inventory organization, material handling, and job site deliveries. This full-time role is based in Gastonia, NC, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

You will lift up to 75 pounds, operate forklifts, and assist service teams while upholding our quality standards and a clean, organized warehouse environment. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong listening skills; ability to read and write at a high school level.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Stock inventory and pull materials for service and installation teams.
• Stage and prepare materials for daily operations.
• Assist with inventory organization and cycle counting activities.
• Support local material deliveries as needed.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
