Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions in Marlboro Township, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Laborer to clean, prepare, and maintain our equipment and work areas to support painting, assembly, and warehouse operations onsite.

You will perform form preparation and material handling while maintaining a safe, organized work area and following all quality processes. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions and able to work with minimal supervision with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending) in all weather.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Form preparation and material handling (80%).
• Work area housekeeping and organization (20%).
