Job summary

Taylor Metal Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support manufacturing, packaging and warehouse logistics for quality components. You will operate hand-tools, inspect products, read tape measures and follow verbal directions in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasional cross-department support. Must pass background checks and drug screening where required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Written communication skills needed.
• 3-6 mos. manufacturing or warehouse exp. preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house).

Responsibilities

• Operate hand-tools.
• Visually inspect product for quality control and/or defects.
• Take and follow verbal directions.
• Stand for long period of time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Drive forklift.
• Read tape measure.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• All Warehouse Associate employees may be required to assist in other departments on an occasional basis.
