Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Las Vegas to support warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, and delivery setup. You will pull materials, load/unload trucks, and ensure accurate orders while upholding safety policies.

The role emphasizes independent and team collaboration, initiative, and strong communication to support a high standard of service across the distribution center. Training and safety gear are provided as part of the role’s requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred. 1-3 years of experience or more is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team; build relationships across levels.
• Self-management, initiative, and proactive drive to achieve results.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance per company policy and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain inventory controls, minimize damage, and ensure order accuracy.
• Organize warehouse bin locations and uphold high customer service standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment including a forklift.
