Job summary

Colonial Materials, Inc. in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to manage maintenance, shipping/receiving, and delivery setup. You will pull accurate materials, prepare orders for pickup or delivery, and assist with loading and unloading trucks.

The role supports inventory controls, safety compliance, and efficient warehouse operations, including forklift use and machinery handling; team collaboration and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; build effective working relationships.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE, and operate warehouse machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by pulling materials and placing them for pickup or delivery; load/unload trucks.
• Maintain inventory controls to minimize damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Organize warehouse and manage bin locations; uphold high customer service standards.
• Operate a forklift and ensure equipment is maintained per standards.
