Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a warehouse associate to handle shipping and receiving, inventory control, and equipment operation at our sites. The role offers independence and a focus on safety while supporting project needs.

Responsibilities include moving materials, loading and unloading, stacking, labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 pounds, pass pre-employment screenings, and work outdoors when required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with driving record within company parameters.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and 0-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and issues materials to project sites.
• Loads and unloads, moves materials within plant, yard, or site.
• Reads work orders to identify materials to move and uses hand tools.
• Opens containers and prepares materials for shipment or transfer.
• Loads materials onto pallets, prepares for transport, and secures loads.
• Conveys materials to designated areas using hand trucks or forklifts and operates hoists or cranes when required.
• Counts, weighs, and records quantities on daily production sheets.
• Attaches labels and marks information on containers, crates, or bundles.
• Stacks and bundles materials and maintains a clean, safe work area.
