Job summary

LGG Industrial in Moss Point, MS is hiring a Warehouse Technician to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safety and meeting customer expectations. You will handle shipments, inventory, and order fulfillment, while supporting packaging and shipping tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of warehousing experience, and a mechanical aptitude. Eligible to work in the United States with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED; completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience in production maintenance.
• 1-3 years of warehousing or production experience.
• Ability to safely drive company truck or operate mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Receive shipments, post in inventory system, and store items.
• Identify missing, damaged, or wrong materials and notify supervisor.
• Pick products and prepare for delivery or shipping.
• Package and ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL.
• Assist with local shipment staging and VMI deliveries.
• Support inventory counts and housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Label/store received goods for easy retrieval.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains.
