Healthcare Glendale LLC, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of MLILY, operates a 650,000 sq ft facility in Litchfield Park, AZ. We seek a Warehouse Worker to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and strong organizational skills. Day shift is 8:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri, with competitive benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience operating forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and filling orders from stock.
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store materials.
• Packing and shipping orders to customers.
• Inspecting and maintaining warehouse equipment.
• Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
• Communicating and collaborating with other warehouse workers to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimizing space utilization.
