Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Warehouse Technician to handle movement, storage, and repair of ice machines and water coolers in our Austin and San Antonio distribution centers. The role combines warehouse tasks with field support, reporting to the Field Service Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Forklift license or certification required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to follow direction and multi-task in a fast-moving environment.

Position Summary

• We are seeking a Warehouse Technician responsible for the movement, storage and repair of ice machines and water coolers in our Distribution Center. In addition, this individual is required to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, representing Quench in a professional manner at all times.
• This position will report to the Field Service Manager and will be 75% in the warehouse and 25% in the field assisting the Field Service team.
• This position will be for our Austin and San Antonio Warehouses
• Picking and pulling of orders
• Shipping and receiving, including ground packages, prepping freight shipments
• Performing cycle counts
• Achievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activity
• Use Quench ERP system to transact activities
• Follow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facility
• Track equipment and parts inventory
• Perform work neatly, effectively, and consistent with established standards of performance
• Light assembly work
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent desired; technical certifications and computer experience are a plus
• Forklift experience/license
• Experience using FedEx World Ship
• Ability to follow direction
• Ability to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast-moving environment
