Our Warehouse Operators are at the forefront of our business, working directly with our products in the manufacturing facilities. You’ll be focused on maintaining product movement in and out of the distribution center by performing various duties.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Work in a fast-paced, physical, labor-intensive environment to pick, pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to handle, record and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse, which includes receiving incoming goods, checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Pick orders, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal orders and enter data into a database or other computerized system.
• Operate forklift to move freight into and out of the warehouse.
• Load and unload freight and assist in the control of storage areas for packaging materials, ingredients, and finished products. Schedule freight movements in cooperation with team leaders.
• Assist with Inventory/Shipping and Plant Quality Assurance procedures.
• Perform other duties related to Good Manufacturing Practices, shipping, receiving, minor maintenance, or other duties as required by the supervisor.
• This is a very physical and labor-intensive job.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must possess Stand-up & Sit-Down forklift operator experience (will become certified before operating a lift truck).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, or other schedules as needed, including overtime.
• Ability to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs over 10 feet or more.
• Must be certified on the training plan for this position within 60 working days of start date.
