Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Warehouse Technician for 1st shift in Delavan, WI. You will support the Shipping team by managing end-to-end documentation, processing, and tracking of orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory verification, forklift movement, and SAP-based receiving/shipping. Must adhere to safety rules and participate in 5S and Hazmat training; shift is Mon-Fri with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Be able to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Follow company safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Learn 5S Program & Tank Hazmat Training
• Ability to use forklift, order picker, reach truck, pallet wrapper, scales. Forklift operation-license preferred.
• Physical requirements: Medium work frequently and heavy work infrequently (moving 5-20lbs)

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks in an efficient manner using mechanical and manual means
• Verify inventory and accuracy of shipping and receiving forms
• Deliver raw materials and finished goods using hand or forklift truck to proper departments, cells or other storage areas
• Pick and palletize orders for shipment.
• Accurately record in a timely manner all assigned receiving, inventory control and general warehousing transactions
• Use of current production and inventory control systems and software
• Must know how to use SAP system to be able to receive and ship orders. (Domestic and Export)

Shift/Hours:

• 1st shift: 6:30am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday

• Occasional mandatory overtime required

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
