We play an essential, visible role in keeping these communities connected by installing, maintaining and troubleshooting to optimize the performance and reliability of our network.

As a Warehouse Technician, you serve as a critical part of our operation. By supplying technicians, retailers, and contractors with the resources they need, you help Spectrum deliver best-in-class products and services. You will fulfill orders, deliver products, process returned equipment, and handle shipping and receiving by navigating forklifts. You will work on a high-performing, collaborative team with opportunities to grow and increase your compensation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ year in a warehouse environment
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Technical skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and bar coding equipment
  • Skills: Basic math, organization, communication, customer service, team orientation
  • Abilities: Ability to obtain certification for handling equipment, manage projects and deadlines, operate company-owned vehicles
  • Travel: Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record within company and State DOT standards
  • Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience driving a commercial box truck

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges from $20.00–$25.25 per hour. Actual offers depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Local wage minimums are observed, and some roles may be eligible for incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
