Job summary

DanceOne in Orlando, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to support production assets and event logistics. You will assist in the maintenance and construction of show assets and operate shop equipment such as electric saws, power tools, riveters, and hot glue guns.

You will place pallets in a dense warehouse, safely handle pickup and delivery of assets around Orlando, and ensure the facility remains organized, safe, and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a 20’ box truck.
• Strong craftsmanship in carpentry and basic metalworking.
• Able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance and construction of all show-related production assets as directed by DanceOne management.

Operate shop equipment including, but not limited to: electric saws, power tools, pneumatic riveters, and hot glue guns.

Place and retrieve pallets and cases in a dense warehouse environment with racks up to 30’ tall.

Safely handle pickup and delivery of assets within the Orlando area as directed by management.

Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and compliant with company standards.

Requirements

Ability to safely operate a 20’ box truck.

Strong craftsmanship skills in carpentry and basic metalworking.

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in event production or warehouse operations.
