This role involves managing the warehouse for our Lansing & Troy offices, with driving to Lansing, MI required 2 days per week (mileage will be provided).

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and organize the warehouses
• Manage and oversee field & office consumables, including snacks, water, and coffee products
• Manage service stock and parts required for service tickets
• Receive equipment and maintain a receiving process
• Move parts into project bins and communicate with project managers
• Deliver parts to projects or sites as needed
• Assist field technicians as helper/spotter
• Maintain restrooms and related stock
• Assist with vehicle maintenance
• Check, pull, and ship stock for other offices
• Ship parts via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
• Assemble panels according to project drawings
• Configure cameras, update documentation, and set up NVR or video appliances for remote access
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and work in small spaces
