Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a dependable Warehouse Technician to maintain the warehouse, manage equipment, and assist with site logistics. The role requires physical labor, tool handling, and coordination with administration for supplies and deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, basic mechanical aptitude, and good communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment daily.
• Check in/out equipment and lock the warehouse.
• Assist administration with supplies and stocking.
• Prepare inventory and reorder supplies.
• Handle deliveries and distribute to the proper person.
• Maintain building exterior and keep parking lot clean.
• Label, shrink wrap, and store job-related items.
• Maintain a list of vehicles with BluSky tools.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for emergencies.
• Serve as point of contact for facility needs (repairs/maintenance/cleaning).
• Overtime and emergency response as needed.
• Perform general labor at job sites.

Brief Description

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for maintaining the warehouse and performs general labor.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains all equipment daily. (This includes cleaning and repairing)
• Checks in and out all equipment.
• Locks up the warehouse every day.
• Assists with Administration Staff in getting paper re-stocked, supplies and moving boxes.
• Completes an inventory for supplies needed in warehouse and submits to appropriate person for re-order.
• Responsible for all deliveries from various companies and distributing to the appropriate person.
• Maintains the outside of building, keeps parking lot free and clear of nails, screws, and trash.
• Handles all job-related items brought to warehouse (labeling, shrink wrapping and storing in a secure place)
• Maintains a list of all vehicles with BluSky tools and employee-owned tools.
• Gets equipment and supplies ready for emergencies.
• Point person for all facility needs (repairs, maintenance, and cleaning ex: bathroom and kitchen trash)
• Basic clean up at job.
• Available to work overtime and respond to emergency situations.
• General labor, as assigned on job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role has no direct reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to perform manual, physical labor.
• Valid Driver's license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Able to use hand tools and electric tools safely and effectively.
• Construction background preferred, must be familiar with construction tools and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude required, ability to trouble shoot equipment problems.
• Able to effectively communicate orally and in writing; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, and vendors.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
