Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to maintain the warehouse and handle general labor across job sites. The role includes equipment maintenance, inventory, deliveries, and coordinating facility needs with admin and management.

The position requires physical, manual labor, a valid driver’s license, and ability to operate hand and electric tools. Overtime and emergency response are sometimes required.

Qualifications

• Construction background preferred; familiar with tools and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all equipment daily, including cleaning and repairs.
• Checks in and out all equipment.
• Locks up the warehouse every day.
• Assists administration with restocking supplies and moving boxes.
• Completes inventory and submits re-order requests.
• Responsible for deliveries from various companies to the right recipient.
• Maintains building exterior and keeps parking lot clear of nails, screws, and trash.
• Labels, shrink wraps, and stores job-related items properly.
• Maintains a list of BluSky tools and employee-owned tools.
• Prepares equipment and supplies for emergencies.
• Point person for facility repairs, maintenance, and cleaning needs.
• General cleanup at job sites.
• Overtime and emergency response may be required.
• Perform general labor as assigned.

Job description

The W arehouse T echnician is responsible for maintaining the warehouse and performs general labor.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains all equipment daily . (This includes cleaning and repairing)
• Checks in and out all equipment.
• Locks up the warehouse every day .
• Assists with Administration Staff in getting paper re-stocked, supplies and moving boxes.
• Completes an inventory for supplies needed in warehouse and submits to appropriate person for re-order.
• Responsible for all deliveries from various companies and distributing to the appropriate person .
• Maintains the outside of building , keeps parking lot free and clear of nails, screws, and trash.
• Handles all job-related items brought to warehouse (labeling, shrink wrapping and storing in a secure place)
• Maintains a list of all vehicles with BluSky tools and employee-owned tools.
• Gets equipment and supplies ready for emergencies.
• Point person for all facility needs (repairs, maintenance, and cleaning ex: bathroom and kitchen trash)
• Basic clean up at job .
• Available to work overtime and respond to emergency situations.
• General labor, as assigned on job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This role has no direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform manual, physical labor.
• Valid Driver's license with a c lean DMV driving record .
• Able to use hand tools and electric tools safely and effectively.
• Construction background preferred, must be familiar with construction tools and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude required , ability to trouble shoot equipment problems .
• A ble to effectively communicate orally and in writing; an d est ablish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, and vendors.
