Job summary

Quench USA is hiring a Warehouse Technician in Kyle, TX to move, store and repair ice machines and water coolers in the distribution center. The role blends warehouse and field support, reporting to the Field Service Manager and spending about 75% in the warehouse and 25% in the field.

You will handle order picking, shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and ERP transactions while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• High school diploma or GED; certifications and computer experience are a plus.
• Forklift experience/license.
• Experience using FedEx World Ship.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast-moving environment.

The Position

• We are seeking a Warehouse Technician responsible for the movement, storage and repair of ice machines and water coolers in our Distribution Center. In addition, this individual is required to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, representing Quench in a professional manner at all times.

• This position will report to the Field Service Manager and will be 75% in the warehouse and 25% in the field assisting the Field Service team.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent desired; technical certifications and computer experience are a plus
• Forklift experience/license
• Experience using FedEx World Ship
• Ability to follow direction
• Ability to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast-moving environment
