Job summary

Creative Realities, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support configuration, imaging, and logistics for digital signage deployments.

You will configure devices, assist with shipping/receiving, and help ensure hardware and software are integration-ready for field teams. You will work under the Warehouse Operations Manager, perform QA, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and support project managers with configuration updates and shipments.

About the Position

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for Configuration and Logistics. Assist in readying digital signage player software, applications and systems for use and deployment by the technical delivery teams in the field. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Technician will also assist in Shipping and Receiving, and general Warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Device Configuration: Assist in configuration and customize hardware devices, including computers, tablets, and other technology equipment, to meet client requirements and specifications.
  2. Quality Assurance: Assist in thorough testing and quality assurance checks on configured devices to ensure they meet performance standards and are free from defects.
  3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues during the configuration and imaging process.
  4. Documentation: Assist in Maintaining detailed records of configurations, imaging processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  5. Project Manager Communication: Collaborate with project managers to gather configuration requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  6. Software Updates: Keep up to date with software releases and updates, ensuring that imaged devices have the latest software versions and security patches.
  7. Inspection: Collaborate with clients to gather configuration requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  8. Verifying Contents: Ensuring that the contents of a shipment match the purchase order or invoice
  9. Shipping: Pick and pack items to be shipped. Also, checking outbound shipments, ensuring items match pick ticket.
