Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. You will support daily warehouse activities, coordinate shipments, and ensure accuracy in stocking and loading processes to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and interactions with customers and local transport providers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.

• Load and unload freight using a forklift and maintain equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.

You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.

• Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).
