Job summary

The Tustin Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage the flow of goods in and out of the facility, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations.

You will receive shipments, verify contents, perform cycle counts, and help with audits while maintaining organized inventory and safe work practices. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience delivering materials or equipment to job sites preferred.
• Basic computer skills including experience with inventory or tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and digital systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and notify appropriate personnel when reordering is needed.
• Label, store, and organize materials to ensure items are safe and easy to locate.
• Follow FIFO or other established inventory control methods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to accuracy.
• Deliver materials and equipment to job sites as scheduled.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with internal teams and vendors.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Perform basic safety and operational checks on warehouse equipment.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard free work environment.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment.
• Update inventory systems, shipping logs, and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain records related to shipments, returns, and inventory movement.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
