• 7-year background check and drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean flooring surfaces with vacuum, sweep, mop and scrub.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners to fit.
• Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed (augers, balers, waste compactors).
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement projects to increase efficiency.
• Abide by Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.
