Job summary

Retail Technology Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Missouri facility. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, assist with receiving shipments, and maintain accurate inventory using basic data entry.

This role requires 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping experience, basic computer skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Forklift experience is preferred and the environment includes hot summers and climate-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive and process incoming shipments (PO & RMA).
• Operate forklifts / pallet jacks / order pickers (PIT).
• Perform inventory control & cycle counts.
• Label, package, and prepare shipments (UPS/FedEx/LTL).
• Use basic computer systems / WMS for data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
