Job summary

RS3 Beloit is seeking a reliable team member for a combined food service and warehouse role at Beloit SkyCarp, Beloit, WI. You will manage stocking, inventory, and deliveries for concession stands, ensuring accuracy and safety in all tasks.

Responsibilities include setting up portable equipment, maintaining clean stands and warehouse areas, following requisition forms, and upholding RS3 policies while collaborating with a diverse team across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills for inventory and invoicing.
• Ability to receive, deliver, and execute instruction clearly.
• 2 years food service or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operator experience is a plus.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• A professional attitude is paramount and lead by example
• Promote RS3 Core Values
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and invoicing for all shipping, receiving, and storage management
• Proper use of requisition forms to gather necessary product/equipment for stocking Storefront concessions
• Responsible for equipment maintenance and secure storage
• Set up and break down portable food service equipment
• Responsible for cleaning concession stands and warehouse areas
• Positively interact with co-workers in a diverse workforce
• Follow and enforce all RS3 policies and procedures
• Responsible for completion and accuracy of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilage
• Responsible for all company assets (equipment, keys, small wares, tools and supplies) for stands
• Demonstrate and enforce compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Able to communicate clearly written and verbal

• 2 yrs. food service or warehouse experience preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds (beer kegs)
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
• Safe driver training (to be completed within 90 days of hire)
