Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer returns.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate fulfillment.
• Handle shipping discrepancies and report stock discrepancies.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
