About The Role

• Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders following company policy and procedure.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attention to detail.
• Handle shipping discrepancies and forward paperwork as needed.
• Identify nonstock, special-order, and damaged materials, storing them properly.
• Complete documentation for customer shipments via third-party carriers.
• Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Report stock issues, discrepancies, or damaged goods to supervisors.
• Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist co-workers and perform safety and compliance training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

About You

• At least 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center is preferred.
