Job Mission:

We are looking for a warehouse team member with at least 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with great attention to detail and experience with both industrial fork trucks and ERP systems. Our warehouse team members work side by side with each other and the Warehouse Manager to effectively perform picking, packing, receiving, storage of inventory, inventory management and some administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse inventory (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and other team members.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.
• Adheres to company rules and procedures.
• Executes tasks with commitment and determination.
• Strives for high quality results.

Key Interfaces:

The Warehouse Team Member reports to the Warehouse Manager. Warehouse Team Members will occasionally be asked to help other departments central to the company.

Skills and Abilities:

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 Lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift once trained or willingness to be trained.
• Valid driver’s license is a must.
• Familiarity with general ERP software.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
