Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Shipping and Receiving associate for our Lenexa, Kansas facility. You will unload, inspect, and relocate raw materials, and support production by delivering materials as needed.

Responsibilities include relocating finished goods, staging outbound loads, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires reading English documents, safety-consciousness, and a willingness to work overtime and weekends in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload, load, inspect, and relocate raw materials upon receipt in Shipping and Receiving.
• Pull raw materials and deliver to production personnel as needed.
• Relocate finished goods to warehouse racks and stage outbound loads.
• Inspect incoming trailers for temperature and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
