Shift and Pay

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm, plus mandatory overtime as required

Pay: $19.10/hour

Retention bonus: $3000 ( $500 at 90 days, $1000 at 6 months, and $1500 at 1 year)

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the preparation and transport of raw materials in support of kitting production. This includes following pick tickets for the assigned location, ensuring correct counts, staging pallets, building sterilization loads, stocking received components, and accurate and timely receiving of materials.

Core Responsibilities
  • Prioritize safety by following all procedures and policies, reporting issues immediately.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all receiving documents and resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Verify receiving counts match BOL and purchase orders.
  • Report packing list/BOL and product issues to WTM III.
  • Move components from storage to staging areas.
  • Use work order pick tickets to retrieve components accurately.
  • Verify part number, lot number, and expiration date.
  • Weigh or count components to match pick tickets.
  • Complete and sign pick tickets.
  • Perform pick confirmations, inventory movements, and cycle counts.
  • Handle materials for sterilization, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, and documenting shipments.
  • Transfer internal and external products appropriately, completing material transfer sheets.
  • Inspect equipment daily, change/charge batteries, and perform duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Equipment, Tools, and Work Aids
  • Material handling equipment (hand trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers), stretch wrap machines, safety knives, safety harnesses, printers, RF scanners, computers, digital scales.
  • OSHA-approved protective footwear.
