Job summary

Life-Science Innovations affiliate PALS is seeking a full-time Warehouse Team Member to manage stock flow, handle goods, and maintain inventory records in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, order assembly, inventory data entry, and occasional local deliveries. The role requires forklift experience and ability to lift 50 lbs, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility in adjusting to changing situations.
• Willing to learn basic computer operations
• Willing to work both indoors and outdoors
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willing to be a team player

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks.
• Move items from receiving to storage areas.
• Mark materials with IDs and sort on racks or bins.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate.
• Record quantities in inventory system.
• Prepare packing slips on computer.
• Check in and re-shelve returned merchandise.
• Respond to inquiries with high-quality service.
• May drive a company vehicle for local deliveries or pickups
• Keep assigned areas clean.
• Notify management of spills of hazardous materials.
• Assist Service Department with on-site installations if needed.
