Job summary

DSG is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Austin, MN site. This full-time, hourly position covers order pulling, packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate gas and electric forklifts, use RF scanners, and help maintain safety and efficiency daily. Normal hours are 7:30 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional variations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic product and warehouse knowledge typical of entry level roles.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull material from location to fill each order.
• Pack, label and place filled orders in proper locations for delivery.
• Operate forklifts and riders as required.
• Use RF scanner to check status, availability and location of product.
• Assist in receiving and load delivery trucks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly warehouse environment.
