Universal Pure, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to help maintain flow from receiving to shipping. You will prioritize product allocation based on facility usage and customer demand, under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.

The role is hourly, requires standing, lifting up to 45 lbs, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Prior forklift experience and basic math skills are preferred, with willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Reach, Picker/Cherry Picker, and EPJ forklifts.
• Minimum 6 months material handling experience.

• Escalate work-related and interpersonal issues to leadership as needed.
• Perform quality checks and report failures to supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to Safety and Quality processes and regulations.
• Be a resource for Safety, QA and company processes and procedures.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must have experience with Reach, Picker/Cherry Picker, and EPJ forklifts
• Minimum 6 months material handling experience needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with cold storage environment experience preferred
• Experience using warehouse management and inventory systems preferred
• Experience with the refrigeration, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office preferred
• Experience following safety procedures preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes potential overtime, weekends, and different work schedules
• Ability to communicate effectively in English language
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

• This is largely a static role with standing; however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required. This would require the ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally.
• This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (between 38 and -20 degrees Fahrenheit) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production-type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for the duration of the shift.

Hourly Employees: Universal Pure facilities may process, pack, and store products containing allergenic food ingredients as referenced by the FDA. Team members who may come in direct contact must be able to work with these ingredients.
