Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Worker at our Maple Grove location to accurately process orders with RF systems and maintain inventory accuracy. You will fill orders for stores and commercial accounts, and ensure safe, efficient packing and shipping.

Responsibilities include operating RF devices, updating manifests, complying with food safety guidelines, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while meeting attendance expectations and government regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of general warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill orders for stores and commercial accounts, ensuring items ordered are supplied and properly packed.
• Use RF systems to issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Fill out manifest and bills of lading for tracking shipments.

Shifts Available:

First shift position (Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm).

Second shift position (Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm).

Position Overview:

Responsible to accurately process orders using RF system. Maintain set work standard for picking orders. Identify product and correct unit of measure. Understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill orders for stores and commercial accounts, ensuring that all available items ordered/requested are supplied and properly packed to prevent damage.
• Use computer software and Radio Frequency (RF) systems to issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Fill out manifest and bill of ladings for tracking of shipments as required.
• Responsible for completing required training, understanding, and complying with all Food Safety and related programs.
• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Identify and select product and correct unit of measure.
• Understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.
• Other Warehouse activities as assigned.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.
